Wayne Magazine Readers Choice Awards Sweepstakes
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sweepstakes is sponsored by North Jersey Media Group Inc. (NJMG), publisher of Wayne Magazine. Sweepstakes runs August 20, 2008-December 1, 2008. The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of Wayne Pequonnock, Pompton Plains, Pompton Lakes, Kinnelon, Totowa and Riverdale, New Jersey, age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of North Jersey Media Group Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and/or those living in the same household as any of the foregoing individuals are not eligible.
There is one entry method. Method No. 2: Visit www.waynemag.com, click on the Vote Today icon, and complete the on-line survey. All on-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on December 1, 2008. All entrants fully completing the survey will be entered in the grand-prize drawing. No facsimiles or photocopies accepted. Limit of one entry per person.
Only fully completed survey forms which are submitted online and received by 11:59 p.m. (E.S.T.) on December 1, 2008 will be eligible. NJMG is not responsible for lost, stolen, ineligible, late, damaged, incorrect, erroneous, incomplete, defective, illegible, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software, or any other technical malfunctions, disturbances, communications failures, or circumstances affecting receipt of entries or entrants’ ability to participate in Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of NJMG, and will not be returned.
One(1) winner will be randomly selected on or about December 3, 2008, from all eligible entries received, in a random drawing by NJMG, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the natural holder of the email account from which the entry was sent.
One (1) winner will be selected for the following prize, valued at $200.

6. Prize will be awarded. NJMG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be notified by telephone to the number on the Entry Form within approximately one (1) week of the selection. Winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If winner fails to respond to prize notification within forty-eight (48) hours, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, of if winner fails to return required documentation, that entry will be void and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. For identity of prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Wayne Magazine, 1 Garret Mountain Plaza, P.O. Box 471, West Paterson, NJ 07424. Requests must be received by December 31, 2008.
Entry constitutes agreement to hold NJMG, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing entities, harmless from and against any and all damages, liability, losses, and expenses arising out of, or claimed to be arising out of, this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
NJMG reserves the right to terminate, modify, or otherwise change this Sweepstakes at its sole discretion if it becomes aware of any event that could materially affect its security or fairness. NJMG’s decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Any tampering with the online Sweepstakes in any manner is prohibited. NJMG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether the online Sweepstakes has been tampered with. NJMG reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the sponsor suspects or has found, in its sole discretion, to have tampered with the Sweepstakes, submitted multiple entries or submitted entries using any automated means. In the event NJMG determines the Sweepstakes has been tampered with, the Sweepstakes will end. If NJMG determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside NJMG’s control compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, NJMG reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes.
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution, transfer, exchange or cash redemption of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of NJMG. Taxes and/or fees are the sole responsibility of the winners.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in New York, Florida, and elsewhere where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.
Entry constitutes agreement to be bound by all of the foregoing rules and terms and by the decision of the judges. Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising or promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
